We’ve navigated the system ourselves for our own family, which gives us a deep understanding of how to provide the best support. We can see from the participant’s perspective what’s needed to maximise outcomes, and over the years we have learnt techniques that help achieve this.

We don’t provide a ‘one size fits all’ service. We take some extra time setting things up so we can accommodate any individual needs. For example, you might be more of an email person, like to do everything by phone call, prefer to be hands on, or just want us to make sure everything’s taken care of with minimal fuss.

Following your first complimentary consultation, we’ll tailor a package specific to your needs, and let you know the specifics of the service we can provide and the fixed flat fee that would apply. We action everything the same day, whether it’s an invoice payment, reimbursement for out of pocket expenses or providing answers.
