We do things a little differently to other plan managers.

The NDIS aims to give people with disability more flexibility and control. While this is a fantastic aspiration, having such flexibility often brings along stress and confusion navigating the massive amounts of information and options out there. It can sometimes feel like it’s almost impossible to know where to turn.

NDIS participants do have access to some fantastic services through local area coordinators; however, sometimes expert advice and information from an expert source that’s independent can help maximise successful outcomes and reduce stress. 

We know from personal experience that often it’s less about getting the right answers and more about asking the right questions. Sometimes it also can be just about having someone in your corner, someone to just listen or bounce ideas and thoughts off of.

We’ve navigated the system ourselves for our own family, which gives us a deep understanding of how to provide the best support. We can see from the participant’s perspective what’s needed to maximise outcomes, and over the years we have learnt techniques that help achieve this.

We are flexible so we can meet your needs.

We don’t provide a ‘one size fits all’ service. We take some extra time setting things up so we can accommodate any individual needs. For example, you might be more of an email person, like to do everything by phone call, prefer to be hands on, or just want us to make sure everything’s taken care of with minimal fuss.

Following your first complimentary consultation, we’ll tailor a package specific to your needs, and let you know the specifics of the service we can provide and the fixed flat fee that would apply. We action everything the same day, whether it’s an invoice payment, reimbursement for out of pocket expenses or providing answers. All transactions are also regularly and independently audited.
